• Finite element analyses are conducted to examine acoustophoresis in microchannels. The acoustophoretic process depends on the microparticle size and microchannel height. threshold particle is identified. optimal range of height determined. use acoustic waves for microfluidic aggregation has become widespread chemistry, biology medicine. Although numerous experimental analytical studies have been undertaken study mechanisms, few optimise device design. This paper presents a numerical investigation microparticles suspended compressible liquid. wall rectangular made Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), Standing Surface Acoustic Waves (SSAW) introduced into channel from bottom wall.
